• Even if a gender label is provided, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the gender (male or female).
• Due to the condition of the live specimen, shipment may be delayed or, in some cases, the purchase may be canceled. In such cases, we will contact you, so please be advised in advance.

* If we are unable to ship the koi carp after purchase, we will issue a refund.

Since these are living creatures, we do not accept returns, claims, or complaints regarding transportation accidents, water leakage, delays, death upon arrival, etc. Please review these precautions before making your purchase.
