Shipping Methods and Charges

Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer . ※ Delivery to Hokkaido and Okinawa is not available .
For some products, you may have to wait until they are back in stock. Please understand.
In some cases, a sold-out notice may be issued after placing your order.
If you purchase multiple items, the shipments may be divided into separate deliveries. Please understand.

Estimated Delivery Date

Due to restrictions related to feed management, shipments for credit card orders will be made after ordering, and for bank transfers, after payment confirmation, approximately 5 business days later.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to regular holidays, consecutive holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, or summer vacation periods.

About Gift Wrapping

We are sorry, but Isawa Nishikigoi Center Co., Ltd. does not offer gift wrapping or gift services.

Payment Methods

Credit Card Payment

Currently, the accepted cards are VISA, MASTER, DC, JCB, AMEX . Our system does not issue a credit card usage receipt.
Depending on your usage status, you may be required to switch to another payment method. Your card number and other details are encrypted via SSL when transmitted to our server, so you can use our service with confidence.

Bank Transfer

For bank transfers, shipment will occur after payment confirmation. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
